Villa Perge is located on the Kaş Peninsula, a 10-minute drive from the city centre. Completed in 2023, the villa has a beautiful view of the Taurus Mountains and the Mediterranean Sea, the villa is located in a quiet area, very close (5 minutes walk) to Zaika, one of the most loved restaurants in Kaş.

Layout of the 3-storey villa:
On the ground floor you have a fully equipped kitchen, HD TV set and a general living area with a half bathroom, from this floor you can access the pool area and terrace.

One floor has the master bedroom and another room, both with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and en-suite bathrooms with queen-size beds, both rooms have their own balconies.
There is a jacuzzi in the master bedroom.

One floor down there are 3 rooms, one is locked used as storage space for equipment, the other 2 rooms both have a bahroom, air conditioning systems and ceiling fans, one of the rooms is equipped with 2 single beds (which can be combined to make a double bed upon guest request). The other bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, both rooms have access to the garden.

The pool size is 10x4 meters with a depth of 140 cm.
